Cedarwood oil provides a woody, masculine scent and supports the formulation with only a slight clarifying and sebum-balancing effect. Intended for blending into skincare products or for use in aromatherapy.

In hair care products, it can soothe the scalp, reduce dandruff and, in combination with other essential oils, may even promote hair growth. A small study showed that blends containing cedarwood, rosemary, thyme and lavender oils may have positive effects on alopecia areata.

The packaging may be labeled ‘MOKOSH’, which is MOKANN’s Polish brand. The contents are identical.
