YES, we can deliver all cosmetic products to EU countries. However, you must order and pay in euros. Please select FEDEX as your delivery method. Delivery within 2–4 days.
We’ll cover the customs duties and VAT. You only pay the net prices and the FEDEX fee of EUR 37.
Exception: Jane Iredale make-up = for Switzerland only.

Here is the answer from Prof.Dr. Markus Depfenhart, the developer of DELTA: The concentration in DELTA Retinol TWO is 0.3%. According to EU standards, the maximum amount for a ‘non-peeling’ product. However, the encapsulation technology used makes the product stronger and effective over several days. This makes the product maximally effective with daily use. DELTA Retinol ONE is slightly lower at 0.2%. However, it works like a 1% retinol product.

1. Why are natural cosmetics often cheaper when bought directly from the manufacturer than in a perfume shop?
Because natural cosmetics still carry the ‘organic’ label. Perfumeries aren’t used to this type of product. However, these professionals know their way around perfumes very well.
2. How does buying skincare directly from the manufacturer benefit the quality of the ingredients?
Every active ingredient can be sourced and processed to different quality standards. We are familiar with every formula and list the active ingredients and their concentrations on our website.
3. How can I tell whether my cosmetics have been freshly produced or have been in storage for a long time?
We require every manufacturer to specify the exact expiry dates BEFORE and AFTER opening. When importing directly from the manufacturer, our logistics partner Ancora Meilestei checks the expiry dates.
4. The best anti-ageing skincare for sensitive skin, direct from the manufacturer without expensive brand mark-ups.
A very personalised answer is needed here. The best way for us to advise you is by asking you a few questions. We can then find a solution amongst the affordable products.
5. How can I change my skincare routine whilst avoiding unnecessary additives?
We’ll work with you to adapt your routine until you achieve your skincare goals. Often, steps such as cleansing are skipped or carried out using a cheap product. We’ll help you find a comprehensive solution tailored to your skin.
6. Why are serums sold directly to consumers usually more highly concentrated than products from the chemist’s?
That’s only partly true. What is true, however, is that we, as manufacturers, know the exact concentrations of the active cosmetic ingredients. The pharmacist has to focus on prescription-only products. One more thing: a higher dose isn’t always better. We guide you towards your skincare goal.
7. Which ingredients in conventional cosmetics should I avoid, and what are the alternatives?
Wow – this list is long. BUT don’t worry; it’s the concentration and how it’s used that matter. Websites such as cosmeticanalysis.com can help with this. Our opinion: If it’s right at the end of the INCI list, there’s hardly any of it in there. If it’s a cleanser, it plays a minor role, as it only remains on the skin for a short time. If it’s a day cream, peptides are the best choice.
