Hand-operated microneedling device with 200 stainless steel needles for the direct percutaneous absorption of mesotherapy products.   Important: supplied STERILE; use only in the evening; never share between multiple users or patients; clean with peroxide tablets (denture cleaner) for no longer than 20 minutes. Never roll the cosmetic product in; instead, needle the cleansed treatment area in a criss-cross pattern, then apply the cosmetic product and massage in. Hyaluronic acid and serums are particularly suitable. Take care with vitamin A: as the effect is 20–30 times stronger with the Roll-CIT, start gradually = short phases 2–3 times a week, at a low dose. Always perform needling in the evening. To do this, you can dissolve the tablet in a glass of water and then place the Roll-CIT in a plastic container.  The roller remains sharp for approx. 300 uses, as we use surgical steel. Please avoid hot water or steam cleaners at all costs, as these will damage the rollers.

The needles have a diameter of 0.3 mm and are 1 mm long.
