General Terms and Conditions
As a general importer, we sell cosmetic products on this website. For over 35 years, we have been importing and representing cosmetic brands from the USA, South Africa, Brazil, South Korea, Greece, Poland and Italy. All are family-owned businesses with their own research and production facilities. CO₂ offsets are always included.
We supply doctors, beauticians, skin specialists and their patients. Direct customers are also very welcome. The recommended retail prices on the website are always valid and the goods are in stock. There may be differences from the printed catalogue.
These are our terms and conditions:
Postage: For purchases of CHF 50 or more, you are entitled to free delivery. IFor deliveries within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein, we charge a fee for parcels under CHF 50n Shipping charge of CHF 12
All items over CHF 300 are automatically sent by registered post within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For items below this amount, we will always send by registered post on request – for example, if your letterbox is often left unattended – and this is done WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGE.
Worldwide We will dispatch the goods for an additional charge. Depending on the destination and value, we charge different fees; please request a quote.
NEW: We ship to the EU via FEDEX for a flat-rate shipping fee of CHF 35 (approx. EUR 37). We cover local customs duties and VAT. The invoiced price applies.
All shop orders for items in stock are dispatched by post on the same or the following working day. If prepayment has been requested, dispatch will take place once payment has been received. All our parcels can be tracked via EasyTrack after the dispatch date. Online orders must be placed BEFORE 13:30.
‘Delivered’ means that the Post Office has taken charge of the parcel and will deliver it to you within a maximum of 48 hours. Unfortunately, theft from letterboxes is not uncommon, so please choose the FREE registered post option.
Right of withdrawal: All purchases can before dispatch can be cancelled free of charge. The only exception to this are binding pre-orders. In the case of pre-orders, the goods are imported directly from the manufacturer for the customer. We only sell goods from exclusive distributors.
Sent in error? Occasionally, an item may have been packed incorrectly. In this case, we will send you a free return label.
Complaints and notices of defects may be the subject of a complaint within the statutory period of 4 working days following receipt of the goods. Goods delivered in accordance with the terms of the order will not be accepted for return. In approved exceptional cases, we will accept the return of undamaged goods subject to a 20% fee and issue a credit note. We will resend returns (non-delivery due to absence) free of charge ONE further time at the customer’s request. However, this applies only to REGISTERED MAIL. We always offer this service free of charge.
Damaged packaging can be returned to us at any time with photographic evidence. It is essential to ensure that the batch/serial number, expiry date and product name are clearly visible. This information enables us to investigate any manufacturing defects. Naturally, goods subject to a complaint will be replaced or refunded without this constituting an acknowledgement of any further legal claims.
GUARANTEE: We guarantee the quality and full effectiveness of all goods for up to 2 months after the date printed on the packaging. In case of doubt or if the date is illegible, we can determine the date of manufacture from the batch number via the manufacturer. We provide a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on machines and instruments. We do not generally guarantee goods from the manufacturers we represent, but only goods sold by us or our partners in Switzerland. Please ASK us if you have any doubts or if the date is illegible. We have detailed knowledge of every batch we supply.
