Ylang-ylang essential oil is frequently used for its nourishing and protective properties. It can improve mood, alleviate anxiety and depression, lower blood pressure and heart rate, and balance oil production in the scalp and skin.

Ways to use

Massage – Use 4 drops at a time essential oil 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil.

Soak – Use between 10 and 20 drops essential oil in a spa bath or in the bath.

Air freshener – Usebetween 3 and 5 drops essential oil in water or alcohol in a room diffuser.

Pillow or sheets – Mixbetween 3 and 5 drops of essential oil with grain alcohol.

Vapourisation/inhalation – Add 5 to 10 drops essential oil Place it in a bowl of hot water and cover your head with a towel. Breathe in the steamy air infused with the essential oil until the water has cooled down.

Foot bath – Dilute 5–8 drops essential oil in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and add it to a bucket or foot bath filled with warm water.
