Here is the answer from Prof.Dr. Markus Depfenhart, the developer of DELTA: The concentration in DELTA Retinol TWO is 0.3%. According to EU standards, the maximum amount for a ‘non-peeling’ product. DELTA Retinol ONE is slightly lower at 0.2%. However, it works like a 1% retinol product.
