1 to 4-layer medium peel This lactic and glycolic acid peel is suitable for all skin types. Can be applied in 1 to 4 layers. First session: 1–2 layers; advanced sessions: 3–4 layers. The mildest professional peel on the market. Key ingredients: organic and synthetic lactic acid (mix) Application:   This peel is applied in several layers to increase the concentration. The therapist determines the number of layers depending on the skin condition. The peel can also be used with iontophoresis*. Please refer to the training notes and instructions in the textbook. Environ DF machine with galvanic pulse current = Iontophoresis (set to positive*) provides a gentle exfoliating effect. Iontophoresis(set to negative*) helps to moisturise the skin and evens out an uneven complexion. Manual application, without a DF device: After preparing the skin, apply 2 to 4 layers, spreading each layer individually and allowing each to dry before applying the next. Apply up to 6 layers to severely damaged areas. Frequency: at least once a week or more often (for acne patients, a 15-minute session is sufficient) Benefits: Mild peels of approx. 2–4 layers help to improve visible, light-induced skin damage and signs of ageing. This serum was specially developed by Dr Desmond Fernandes for use with ultrasound. It contains a unique water-based peptide combination.  The appearance is visibly improved over the course of intensive treatments. Active ingredients:  Matrixyl* Synthe 6*, Matrixyl* 3000 and Trylagen* (* all patented, proprietary peptide formulations.)  Instructions: 1) Cleanse the skin using the ENVIRON Deep Cleansing Procedure (PreCleansing Oil & Claytec) then apply Alpha Toner Professional  and allow to dry slightly (1 min). 2) Divide the treatment area into zones and prepare one zone at a time for treatment with the sonophoresis head, so that the serum is exposed to oxygen for as short a time as possible. 3) After treating one area, prepare the next area and treat it with the head. The head can be held stationary on one area for 15 (fifteen) seconds or moved in a gentle circular motion. 4) Optionally, sono dfp312 serum, A&C Serum or hyaluronic acid can be applied afterwards. The three products complement each other.  m) To finish, an ALGI mask can be applied and left on for 10 minutes. The sustained cavitation and the retention effect of the ALGI mask ensure maximum penetration and hydration. Interval:    If possible, repeat 12 treatments at weekly intervals, at least once a month.
