Defines the brows and is ideal for filling in small gaps and replacing missing hairs with tiny strokes. The coloured tip can be easily twisted out of the protected pencil. At the other end, it features an eyelash brush (spoolie) for perfect application and shaping of the eyebrows.
The 6 colour options complement all hair colours perfectly. The Brow Pencil is waterproof and offers medium coverage, for a natural look without smudging.
