Product information "Rejuvaskin Stretch Mark Cream 90ml gegen Dehnungstreifen (Striae)"
Stretch marks on the breasts and stomach can be prevented, or at least minimised, even during pregnancy. Even after childbirth, this product is 100% safe for both mother and child. The darker the skin, the greater the tendency to develop striae. With this product, you can keep this pigmentation change under control.
Stretch marks can also appear on the thighs and stomach following significant weight loss. These light-coloured marks are not only aesthetically unappealing but also provide reduced protection against UV rays. This cream supports the tissue and normalises pigmentation.
IMPORTANT; particularly dark-skinned individuals are more prone to stretch marks, known as striae. This cream helps with prevention and reduction.
Key ingredients:
Palmitoyl hexapeptide-12 is a mixture of fat and amino acids that triggers a reaction in the skin which stimulates collagen and elastin fibroblasts.
Ceramide-2 is a waxy lipid that helps your skin retain moisture and prevent the breakdown of collagen, which is an important structural component of your skin.
Cocoa butter (together with shea butter) prevents dryness and is a rich source of antioxidants. It soothes and softens the skin.
Aloe vera is a common ingredient in skincare products that soothes and moisturises the skin. We use it often because it is a fantastic ingredient.
Striae are also atrophic scars
They are caused by insufficient formation of connective tissue. The term ‘atrophy’ refers to a process of regression. In the case of atrophic scars, although the wound closes after healing, the skin does not produce enough new connective tissue to fill the wound. This results in sunken scars, the base of which lies deeper than the surrounding skin. These scars are therefore usually flat and appear as small dimples. The wound tends to heal poorly, as the formation of new connective tissue fibres is insufficient. The sunken scar therefore lies below skin level, which is particularly the case with acne scars. Stretch marks in bodybuilders or pregnancy stretch marks are also atrophic scars.

firmer skin, fewer marks
During the middle of my pregnancy, I noticed that I was developing stretch marks on my lower stomach. After trying a few other products that didn’t work, a friend of mine suggested I try this cream and I’m so grateful she did! I literally noticed my skin becoming firmer and the stretch marks fading after less than a week of using it. I’m still using this cream as I’m shedding my pregnancy weight and the stretch marks are almost gone!
